Shipping charges + packages
We aim to provide those that live in the UK with free shipping and will continue to do so moving forward, unfortunately we are unable to provide the same service to those outside the UK. International orders will be required to pay an additional shipping charge on their order, this charge is provided by the supplier we are working with (depending on your location this could be Royal Mail, DHL etc). We are provided with a quote, therefore we are unable to control how much this may be. Any charges accumulated by an uncollected package will not be paid for by Roke.
Currencies
Roke cannot be held responsible for the exchange rate provided by any bank when converting GDP, USD or EUR into any other currency.
Price changes
Prices of our products can be changed in the future as Roke retains the right to do so, during checkout the prices of our products remain valid throughout that process.

We aim to provide complete safety and security when dealing with your sensitive information, this could include phone numbers, emails, names and address and payment confirmation.
